Role Overview
The Agency Lead will be responsible for the overall leadership and growth of the modelling agency. This role focuses on business development, team leadership, operational structure, and ensuring the agency continues to grow and deliver value to models and clients.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide overall leadership and direction for the agency
· Drive business growth through partnerships, bookings, and opportunities
· Set and monitor performance KPIs across teams
· Recruit, develop, and manage agency staff
· Establish systems and processes to support business growth
· Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners
