Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related discipline.• A master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.• Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.• Extensive experience managing large-scale real estate developments or infrastructure projects.• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management frameworks, and cost control systems.• Professional membership with relevant bodies such as COREN, NSE, NIOB, or PMI is an advantage.
